If your touchscreen is not working correctly in IDC5,  you most likely need to update windows.


To do this, click the start button in the bottom left corner and then click the settings icon.  In the settings menu click the "Update and Security" icon.  Then click the "Check for Updates" button.  Allow windows to download and install updates and reboot.  If this does not resolve your issue please call our tech support line at 855-839-2626.
