If a wrench is overloaded, the LCD screen will report it by showing “Er0” when power on the unit.
***Overload = 110% of maximum torque***
e.g. Model SP35357, Max. torque is 200Nm, above 220Nm means overload. | Contact local dealer | What dealer should do: Step 1: Check if the accuracy is out of range. Step 2: - If still within the guaranteed range: use Er0 remover software to remove the “Er0” from the display. - If out of guaranteed range: re-calibrate, then, use Er0 remover software to remove the “Er0” from the display.

Er4 | 1) Angle module initialization (。。。。) too long 2) Wrench not in rest status: the angle sensor feeling a movement which causes sensor keeping counting angle, so the wrench cannot be reset and start working. 3) Applying a tightening too fast. (solution: please slow down a bit to avoid problem occur) | Press C to re-start the unit.
The unit must be held still during angle initialization | Wrench must be placed flat (horizontally) on table or workbench before any attempt is made to change values or to power up the unit.
