Er0

Over-torque of 110% of max. torque spec.

 

If a wrench is overloaded, the LCD screen will report it by showing “Er0” when power on the unit.

 

***Overload = 110% of maximum torque***

 

e.g. Model SP35357, Max. torque is 200Nm, above 220Nm means overload.

What dealer should do:

Step 1: Check if the accuracy is out of range.

Step 2: 

-          If still within the guaranteed range: use Er0 remover software to remove the “Er0” from the display.

-          If out of guaranteed range: re-calibrate, then, use Er0 remover software to remove the “Er0” from the display.

Original factory test when manufacturing

Users can’t see these Er.

Er4

1)    Angle module initialization (。。。。) too long

2)    Wrench not in rest status: the angle sensor feeling a movement which causes sensor keeping counting angle, so the wrench cannot be reset and start working.

3)    Applying a tightening too fast. (solution: please slow down a bit to avoid problem occur)

Press C to re-start the unit.

 

The unit must be held still during angle initialization   

Wrench must be placed flat (horizontally) on table or workbench before any attempt is made to change values or to power up the unit.

 

Press C to re-start the unit.

 

Er5

Angle module communication fail

Press C to re-start the unit. 

It means PC Board problem, press C to re-start the unit. If fail, contact local dealer. Dealer should change the screen panel.

Er--

Rotation speed too fast in angle mode

Rotate wrench within 30°/sec in angle mode

Press C to re-start the unit.
