15/07/2014 TYRE monitoring system reset

In the following cases the tire monitoring system will turn on the warning light in the instrument panel:

  • Restoration of the correct tire pressure
  • Removing or changing the tires
  • Changing the position of the tires


Perform the procedure described below to reset the system and turn off the warning light.

Procedure with multi function steering wheel buttons

1. Turn the ignition on (control panel on)

2. Press button or to access the "Convenience Set-Up" menu in the multi function display of the instrument cluster.

3. Turn button to select "Tyre Pressures".

4. Press button to confirm the selection.

5. Turn button to select "Save/Store".

6. Press button to confirm the selection.

7. The message "System learning" will appear

8. Drive the vehicle on the road for approximately 10 minutes to complete the reset / learning procedure.




Procedure with windscreen wiper stalk switch buttons


1. Turn the ignition on (control panel on)

2. Press and hold down button A (the bottom button at the end of the stalk switch) for around 3 seconds to access the main menu in the multi function display.

3. Use button A to select the "Convenience Set-Up" menu

4. Press button B to confirm the selection.

5. Use button A to select "Tyre Pressures".

6. Press button B to confirm the selection.

7. Use button A to select "Save/Store".

8. Press button B to confirm the selection.

9. The message "System learning" will appear

10. Drive the vehicle on the road for approximately 10 minutes to complete the reset / learning procedure.
