This error will show when attempting to open the Texa IDC5 Diagnostic Software without having the HASP Key plugged it. It is security key that looks like a green flash drive. This will need to be plugged in any time the software is installed or opened. If you get this error even with having the HASP Key plugged in, give us a call at 855 839 2626, Option 1.
