DIAGNOSTIC CABLE CONNECTION
In order to establish communication, you must disconnect the instrument panel from the wiring and connect the diagnostic cable, displayed by the software, to the connector (wiring side) previously disconnected (see images).
DIAGNOSIS ENABLING
We inform you that, to establish communication with the control unit in the YAMAHA PWC, you must start the engine or, if the engine is not in the
conditions to be started, attempt ignition anyhow to wake-up the control unit in order to have a diagnostic session available. In this last case, you must start the diagnosis immediately after attempting ignition so the control unit does not return into its standby mode.
